Fingle Dan is a gout ridden old piece of shit, who drives car really fast.

Before the city[]
A long long time ago Fingle Dan had ran with a gang called The Bitches, comprising of himself and other miscreants, including his son Dan Dan,
Before entering the city, Fingle Dan was a cop alongside Randy Wrangler, who still wishes to reform Fingle after he fell back into his crime habits.
Recent feats[]
On 6/11/24, Fingle Dan and crew launched a raid upon Cayo Perico, resulting in $uckaberg and Nolo going down. Fingle would then go through the island sniping any cartel he saw, tanking a RPG in the process. Stealing a boat to escape the island.
Throughout the month of June, Fingle Dan and gang would get into multiple conflicts with a group that they would later know as the Ballas.
At some point Fingle was gifted his family's long lost ancestral sword by god.
After the death of his college roommate, Fingle Dan had claimed the manor on top of the Vinewood Hills, overnight he would sculpt a massive statue in the pool area in his friend's honor to commemorate. After finishing his statue he fell asleep and woke up on the top of the statue with no way down besides jumping down into the pool.
On 8/30/24, Fingle Dan committed various attempted murders and one first degree murder.
On 9/29/24, Fingle Dan would reveal the Citadan.
