As the oldest, Frank was instilled with a strong sense of loyalty and responsibility by his mother. He gained years of experience working the London club circuit as a bouncer, where his tough and relentless nature earned him the nickname "The Basher." Using his job as a cover, Frank involved himself in a life of petty crime. During this time, he honed his skills and learned how to become the enforcer he is today. Seeking to escape his life of petty crime, Frank flew to Los Santos. However, upon arriving in the city, he quickly fell back into his old habits, continuing to commit crime and navigate the darker corners of his new environment.
