Physical Description[]
Howard Kultz is a 27-year-old male with blue eyes and dark brown hair. He is often seen donning a tan scarf, a cherished memento from his mother who passed away during his childhood.
Background[]
Howard Kultz was born on June 6, 1997, in the Central Los Santos Medical Center to a single mother. During his early adolescence, Howard was diagnosed with Childhood Conduct Disorder, reflecting his rebellious and trouble-prone nature. His involvement in petty crimes with a group of friends inadvertently led to a tragic event: after they robbed a drug dealer, a Southside street gang retaliated, resulting in his mother's death. This event marked a significant turning point in Howard's life.
Following his mother's death, Howard was taken into custody by county authorities and placed in an orphanage in Blaine County. During his time there, he was re-diagnosed with Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD). He spent several years in the orphanage, grappling with his grief and anger. It was during this time that he met Ray Sipe, who would become his lifelong friend and confidant. The bond they formed in the orphanage was strong, and together they dreamed of escaping their confined lives.
Around 2011, Howard and Ray managed to escape the orphanage. The two became homeless vagrants, navigating the harsh realities of street life. Their survival instincts led them down a dark path of robbery and violence. The duo relied on each other for survival, developing a partnership that would later become the foundation of the Sultans of Swing Motorcycle Club (SOS).
