Jinichiro "Jin" Shimada, is a seemingly ordinary denizen of Los Santos that may look unassuming, but is also a man running away from his tumultuous past and now seeks a new future for him and his bedridden younger sister.

Background Information[]
Jinichiro was born from the slums of the seedy sides of Osaka. His mother, Manami mentioned that Jin was an "accidental" baby that was never expected at all and was born while she was "working". Other than that, Jin never knew any other circumstances around his birth.
Jin never really known his father since he was born. His mother would for some reason, continually deny any information about his biological father's background, always stating the reason of "you don't deserve to know somebody that doesn't want to be known." Over time, Jin learned to just move on and not bother knowing anything about his father. But from the little of a research he did, apparently his father was a high ranking member of a criminal group.
