Nebula Richards was born and raised in the vibrant and diverse city of Cebu, Philippines. Growing up in a tight-knit Filipino family, Nebula was raised with strong values and a deep sense of community, as he grew he decided to try and take on racing. However, as he entered his late teens, he got into a severe car accident making him unable to race further, but then he became increasingly entangled with a group of friends who led him down a dangerous path.
Nebula's descent into a life of crime was gradual, fueled by a combination of peer pressure, economic hardship, and misguided ambition. He started small, with petty thefts and minor offenses, but as time went on, he found himself drawn into a more dangerous world of organized crime. Despite going to jail multiple times, he was lured even deeper into the underworld, and he soon became involved in more significant criminal activities, such as robbing banks and trafficking drugs. His family disowned him after they learned of his activities, he managed to find a very kind and warming single mother who was willing to adopt him regardless of what happened.
As Nebula's criminal activities escalated, he attracted the attention of the law enforcement agencies in the Philippines. He became a wanted fugitive, with a growing list of criminal charges hanging over his head. He got set-up by his own family which led him to being exiled from the country.
Nebula then got exiled to Los Santos, a bustling and sprawling metropolis on the west coast of the United States. He had heard tales of opportunities and anonymity that the city offered for those who were willing to take risks. Los Santos was a city of endless possibilities, but it was also known for its criminal underbelly, where one could disappear and start anew if they played their cards right.
