Background Information[]
Randy Wrangler was originally a police officer working for the Oklahoma City Police Department, where he specialized in undercover prostitution stings and breaking up ham fights.
After a temporary hiatus on tour in Thailand from his previous Senior Captain job in another precinct, Wrangler returned to Los Santos. He applied for a job at the SASP as he felt he "was bored" with life, feeling as if there was still more work to be done fighting the never-ending crime in the City of Los Santos. After interviews he was hired at the rank of Sergeant on July 28th, 2024 and has been working with the SASP since then.
Wrangler's employs a style of policing that inherently prefers drug and gun busts. When Wrangler detains individuals for something small like illegal parking or jaywalking, he likes to uses the suspects history, their possessions, and their words against them to work towards a raid of their properties. He calls this a "pump".
