Thomas H Kingston was born in Los Santos on August 21 2000 to a wealthy family that lived in Vinewood Hills , growing up Thomas didn't have a lot of friends but he did have one , his name was Daniel and he called Thomas T for short but he moved away when they were young so he went by Tommy and spent most of his time learning how to work with computers and coding , Tommy decided that after High School he was going to a college to get a degree in software engineering.
During Tommy's Freshman year at The University of San Andreas he met someone named Monty , Tommy and Monty became good friends and both were taking the same classes , Monty became Tommy's first real friend and Tommy was happy.
At the start of Tommy's Sophomore year at USA he introduced Monty to his cousin Carlo and he began hanging out on campus with them , Monty and Carlo hit it off and became very close with each other , Carlo wanted to spend more and more time with Monty so one day he posed as substitute teacher in their class and didn't know a thing about coding so a student in the class questioned him. Before campus security could get to Carlo , him and Monty ran away from the university and Tommy decided he was going to stay and let them live their lives.
After graduating from The University of San Andreas Tommy wanted to go visit his old friend Daniel in Vice City , he was there for about 2 years and after his first month being in Vice Daniel gave Tommy an offer , Daniel owned a delivery service and asked Tommy if he would like to make some money on the side because he knew it was slow trying to find a job doing what Tommy liked to do. Tommy agreed and began picking up and delivering packages for Daniel and his business partner Marcus.
Once the first round of pay came in Tommy realized that he was getting paid a lot more than he should be for picking up and delivering packages , he decided to ask Daniel what it was he was delivering and Daniel just laughed it off and changed the subject. Tommy really didn't think too much about it and just kept doing pickups for Daniel for a little over a year.
Tommy's Birthday was coming up and he wanted to celebrate it with Daniel , before he was able to get in contact with Daniel he received a call from an unknown number , Tommy picked up and asked who he was speaking with and Daniel's voice was on the other side , he wanted to bring Tommy to the center of Vice City and celebrate his birthday at a nice hotel. There was going to be a concert and drinks so Tommy agreed and said he would be there shortly.
Tommy could tell that something was up with Daniel while they were on the phone but he decided he wouldn't say anything about it until they are face to face.
Tommy arrived at the hotel and Daniel was outside ready to meet with him , they went inside and partied all night drinking , girls , and drugs , Tommy felt like he was on top of the world.
Tommy and Daniel went up to the suite that Daniel was going to be staying in for the night just to catch their breath. Tommy figured it would be a good time to ask Daniel what was up with him when they were on the phone earlier in the day and Daniel drunkenly answered "You really messed up this time T" and just kept drinking , Tommy was at a loss , he didn't understand what he meant by that and stopped drinking so he could try and grasp what was said.
After about an hour Daniel asked Tommy what he was up to when he wasn't doing runs for him and Marcus , Tommy said he was looking for a job back home in Los Santos and thinks he is just going to start his own business with all the money he had been saving over almost 2 years in Vice City.
Daniel nodded and took his phone out and messaged someone , Tommy didn't think anything of it until he heard the sound of the phone Daniel messaged in the bathroom of the room they were in. Daniel looked up at Tommy and his whole demeanor changed , he looked like he was full of rage and hate and then the bathroom door opened and right when Tommy saw one of Daniel's goons he knew exactly what was happening so he rushed the man coming out of the bathroom because he was reaching behind his back.
They got in a fight for a gun that the man had in his hand and in the struggle it went of hitting the man Tommy was fighting with , Daniel stood up and had a gun in his hand and calmly asked , "Who did you tell T , why didn't you just take the money and leave" he raised his gun and fired but missed because he was drunk , Tommy grabbed the gun the other man had and shot Daniel twice he fell back and muttered "I know you were dealing behind my back , I just didn't want to believe it". Tommy angrily said he wasn't and he was wrong but before he could finish trying to plead his case he looked up and Daniel was already dead.
Tommy didn't know it but someone called the gunshots in and the hotel had him on camera leaving the room with the gun in his hand still.
He ran away back to Los Santos hoping to escape what happened in Vice City believing that had no evidence that tied him to what happened but they had video and his DNA on the bottle in the room. And a warrant was issued for the arrest of one Thomas H Kingston for connection in a double homicide in Vice City.
Tommy is now dealing with the consequences of his actions.
